The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the Human Rights Unit at the Prime Ministry, organized a specialized training workshop on Thursday for liaison officers of the "At Your Service" platform from various ministries and government institutions. The workshop aimed to enhance their efficiency in handling complaints, comments, and inquiries submitted by citizens, particularly those related to human rights, and develop their skills in using the updated version of the platform.
Sameera Al-Zoubi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, emphasized that the workshop comes within the framework of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance government communication tools and improve the quality of services provided to citizens. She noted that liaison officers represent the direct link between citizens and institutions and play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of government responses and building trust with the public.
Al-Zoubi explained that the workshop aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge related to classifying and analyzing human rights complaints, effective communication skills, and mechanisms for improving the quality of responses. It also highlights the frameworks governing the platform's operation and best practices in dealing with different behavioral patterns of service recipients. The workshop included several interactive training modules, most notably: introducing the operating mechanism of the upgraded version of the platform for liaison officers; building participants' capacity to manage and analyze complaints according to national and international standards; and practical training on real-life examples of requests received through the platform. It also included a discussion of the daily challenges facing liaison officers in the field.
This workshop is part of a series of training activities implemented by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, in cooperation with relevant authorities. This is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at developing the performance of government personnel involved in communicating with citizens and achieving optimal use of digital tools in line with the priorities of digital transformation, transparency, and improving the quality of public service.
